The MAPS toolbox is an object-oriented MATLAB toolbox to generate neural placement models. A base package of the toolbox delivers all the necessary classes to work with position and connectivity data of neurons and other neural structures. Models that use the base packages that are using this bmodules focus on neuronal maps that are present in the primary visual cortex of mammals.
